Graduate Training Scheme

Our comprehensive Graduate Training Scheme, designed to give you the strongest possible foundation in environmental consulting.
What you’ll experience:

  • Real project work from day one
  • Dedicated mentorship from senior team members
  • Structured learning covering technical skills, project management, and client relationships

Who we’re looking for:

  • Environmental Science, Marine Biology, Ecology or related degree
  • Genuine passion for energy infrastructure and environmental consulting
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Application timeline: Applications open in January for autumn intake. The process includes CV review, initial interview, technical assessment, and final panel interview.

Real experience

Placement programme

Each year we welcome undergraduate students for 6-12 month placements, providing hands-on experience in environmental consulting.
